  I live near the Galleria, why am I writing a review for a Ford dealership 2 hours away? Because buying a truck from them was easy and the closest thing to an online purchase I could make.
  
  A friend turned me onto the San Augustine Ford Dealership. I decided to forgo the Houston Ford dealerships and give it a shot. I called San Augustine, explained to them the truck I wanted (F250 Lariat) and away they went. Me living in Houston was an afterthought. All though they had inventory, I had a specific truck in mind. I placed the order over the phone and within a few weeks I got my new F250.
  
  Brandon in finance helped me maximize my rebates some of which needed to be done a weeks before you can use them (like The Farm Bureau membership). So he partnered with me to maximize my savings between the time I ordered and signed the deal. This totaled $2500. Infiniti, Lexus, Toyota, Acura, GM never helped me navigate that area.
  
  I ended up Financing with Ford for an extra rebate too. Brandon was thorough on the numbers and encouraged me to shop around. I went with Ford. Sales tax are lower outside of Harris county, another plus. I negotiated a trade in (they met a bid I got from a local, well known used car dealer).
  
  Today my truck was delivered to my house by 2 associates from San Augustine Ford. They set the clearly marked "sign here" contracts in front of me and within 5 mins it was done. I handed them my trade-in keys and away they went.
  SIMPLE.
  
  This is the only way to buy a vehicle. I highly recommend you give this a shot. You will be supporting a small business, not some conglomerate. These guys win with superior customer service and responsiveness.
  
  In all I save time/money dealing with them for the trade-in, rebates, contract execution and delivery.
